Event Highlights:

1. Tree Lighting Ceremony

Time: 6:00 PM
Description: Gather around the beautifully decorated holiday tree in the middle of the holiday market. The ceremony will begin with a countdown, with Santa himself lighting up the tree.

2. Live Performers on Stage

Time: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Location: Main Stage
Description: Enjoy a variety of live performances throughout the evening. Local performers, dance troupes, and school choirs will perform holiday classics and lively tunes to get everyone in the festive spirit.

3. Vendor Market

Time: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Description: Stroll through the vendor market featuring a wide array of local artisans and businesses. From handmade crafts and holiday decorations to unique gifts and delicious seasonal treats, you’re sure to find something special for everyone on your list. Enjoy the warm, festive ambiance as you shop.

4. Kid Game Zone

Time: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Description: The Kid Game Zone is packed with fun activities and games for children of all ages.

5. Santa Workshop for Photos

Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Description: Bring the little ones to meet Santa Claus at his cozy workshop. Kids can share their holiday wishes and take memorable photos with Santa. The workshop is beautifully decorated, providing a magical backdrop for your holiday snapshots. Elves will be on hand to assist and give out small holiday treats.

Additional Features:

Food and Beverage Stalls: Enjoy a variety of food trucks and stalls offering seasonal favorites like hot cocoa, mulled cider, gingerbread cookies, and savory snacks.
Community Booths: Learn more about local organizations and initiatives at the community booths set up around the event area.
Photo Ops: Festive photo stations with props and themed backdrops scattered throughout the venue for perfect holiday pictures.

This vendor application is for the 23rd Annual Winthrop Christmas Tree Lighting 'Holiday Market.'

Accepted vendors will receive communication within 2 weeks regarding the next steps to finalize their registration. Once approved, vendors will be sent an email containing a link to complete the registration process and submit the vendor fee.

*This application is exclusively for this event and will not be carried over to any of the monthly events organized by the Winthrop Pop Up Market.
